 Q: Are we insured?

 A: Yes, we are fully insured and covered for accidental damage too!

 
Q: Are your technicians trained?


 A: Yes, our technicians are trained for this job!


Q: Do you provide the cleaning materials and equipment?


A: We provide our own professional materials and equipment.


Q: What if there is a damage to my home after the cleaning?

 A: If there is any damage, the customer must point it while cleaners are still there, then our company will cover the damage if it is our cleaners’ fault!


Q: Do your services have a quality guarantee?


 A: End of tenancy cleaning is a guaranteed professional service. If our cleaners have missed something or if there is anything that you are not happy with, you can always call our office within 48 hours of the job.


Q: Do I have to pay extra for VAT?

 A: No!  

Q: Does End of tenancy cleaning include wall cleaning?


A: No, we do not provide this service!  


Q: Do you work over the weekend?


 A: Yes, we are available over weekend time!


Q: Do you move the furniture when you clean the carpet?

 A: We use gliders for most furniture, but we don’t move if large and heavy or built in! Wardrobes are not moved either

Q: How long it takes for my carpets to dry?

 A: With the technology of steam cleaning, it typically takes about 3-4 hours for the carpet to completely dry!


Q: Do you have a cancellation fee and in what time I can change or cancel my cleaning?


 A: Professional Cleaning London Ltd has a cancellation charge of £60 and you have to change or cancel your booking 48 hours in advance!


Q: What are your options for payment?

 A: We prefer cash or card payment after job completion!
